The History

"msearch" (management search) brand name was launched in May of 2004 by the founding partner, Ali Midillili. The brand name was subsequently registered in Turkey for its copy rights in 2006. “msearch” has been conducting mid to upper level management searches for its clients in Turkey for the past 10 years.

In addition to Mr. Ali Midillili there is Mr. Bulent Hasdemir and Ms. Rana Beyaz (MBTI Consultancy only). All consultants specialise on relevant industry sectors based on their previous line and consultancy experience of over 20 years.
