The History

"msearch" brand name was launched in May of 2004 by the founding partner, Ali Midillili. In August of 2005, msearch was transformed from an individual liability partnership to a limited liability company (MSC Yonetim ve Finans Danismanligi Ticaret Limited Sirketi). The brand name was subsequently registered in Turkey for its copy rights in 2006. The office is located at the central location of Fulya, Besiktas, Istanbul.

In addition to Mr. Ali Midillili, there are 3 consultants in the Istanbul office: Mr. Barbaros Enec (Search and HR Consultant), Ms. Yesim Sonmezer (Search and Market Intelligence Consultant) and Ms. Rana Beyaz (MBTI certified Trainer and Consultant). All consultants specialise on relevant industry sectors based on their previous line and consultancy experience.

Global Solutions

International Network of Associated Consultants (INAC) is one of the World’s first and most innovative Associations of independent search and selection practices. Its global network covering 40 countries, is committed to providing immediate recruitment advise and assistance wherever in the World it is needed.

Member professionals, all seasoned executives with major reputations in their own countries, are highly experienced in meeting the increasingly complex needs of an international client base. Search firms are only invited to join INAC if they have demonstrated through working with existing members that their expertise and concern for clients matches the organisation’s exacting standards of integrity and competence. This selection procedure is one of the corner stones of INAC, and continues to ensure the high quality of service provided to clients.

Founded in 1992, INAC’s founding partners had recognised that the widening horizons of the business world had created a need to provide clients around the globe with instant access to search and selection partnerships. The growth, expansion and commercial success of INAC has gone hand in hand with that of its clients. Members of the Association all enjoy a close working relationship, enhanced by international meetings held twice a year. All member firms are expected to attend these meetings to further develop the close rapport which ensures the clients are referred to the right people at the right time. The internal affairs of INAC (which is an incorporated Association), are managed by a permanent secretariat.

English is the language of the Association, but most members can give advice in two or more different languages. All members have strong commercial backgrounds and are highly experienced in dealing with a range of business and search complexities in their own national or regional locations.
